from the Washington Times

“. . .In all, Mr. Soros gave at least $33 million in one year to support already-established groups that emboldened the grass-roots, on-the-ground activists in Ferguson, according to the most recent tax filings of his nonprofit Open Society Foundations.

The financial tether from Mr. Soros to the activist groups gave rise to a combustible protest movement that transformed a one-day criminal event in Missouri into a 24-hour-a-day national cause celebre. . . .

Keystone pipeline threatens the lucrative “green energy” boondoggle

Billionaire Tom Steyer has spent about $100 Million trying to kill the Keystone Pipeline project. Why?
Turns out billionaires like Steyer are making big bucks on “green energy” subsidies. “green energy” is a euphemism for inefficient technologies that aren’t cost effective but survive (for a while) on taxpayer subsidies.
The whole “global warming” debacle is a way to support energy taxes and subsidies to greedy thieves like Steyer. look at this youtube video, for example:

  • “Democrats are for the “little guy”—- Riiight!

  • Harvard faculty protests high Obamacare costs

555/585 of Harvard faculty members donated to HBO’s campaign.
They apparently believed the claims that you can keep your Dr., will have lower costs and better care under government-run healthcare. Harvard alum Jon Gruber (see below – now at MIT) has made much press by his claims that duplicity and stupidity of the voters were major factors in getting the unread legislation approved.
    Gruber should know.
